A little help finding your way.

Start with the question closest to yours. Please keep birth details and private conversations out of support messages unless they are needed to resolve a specific problem.

How do I sign in?

Open Sign in to Moonpath and choose Continue with Google. Pick your Google account in the window that opens, then you return to your readings. The same button creates an account the first time. You do not need a separate Moonpath password or an email code.

Your first Moon reading is free. Use the same Google account each time. Google may ask you to complete its own security checks.

The Google window did not open

Allow pop-ups for Moonpath and try again. If you are using an app’s built-in browser, open Moonpath in Safari, Chrome, Firefox, or Edge. If you cannot access your Google account, use Google’s own account recovery. We never ask for your Google password in a support message.

Can I use Google for my existing Whop-linked readings?

Use Continue with Whop once, open Account in My readings, then choose Connect Google to this account. Choose your Google account there to keep the same readings and purchases. Accounts are not combined just because their email addresses match. If you have already created a separate Google account on Moonpath, contact support before purchasing again.

Where are my earlier readings?

If you used the previous Moonpath login, open the sign-in page in the browser where you were already signed in. When available, select Move my existing Moonpath readings before continuing. This connects readings and purchase references to the account you verify; it does not charge you again. If that option is missing, contact support before creating a second purchase.

I paid, but my reading is locked

Return to My readings using the same Moonpath account you used to save the reading. Open it and choose Check purchase again. Whop may still be processing the payment. Do not buy again while it is pending.

If needed, open “Find a purchase from its receipt” and enter the payment ID from Whop. Always purchase from your saved Moonpath reading. The saved reading’s order reference links your payment to your account.

My card was declined

Open the same saved reading and choose Try payment again. This reopens its existing Whop checkout so you can use another card. Keep this reading; you do not need to create another one. If a payment is still pending, choose Check purchase again before trying again.

I deleted a reading I purchased

Your birth details and saved words are deleted. Your purchase reference remains in your account. Create a replacement reading, then use Restore a previous purchase to attach it. One purchase can be attached to one saved reading at a time; Whop still verifies access.

How do I save or export my words?

Choose Save my progress inside a personal reading. Wait for the saved confirmation before leaving. Copy, download, and print are also available. Free sample plans offer optional device-only saving; they do not sync to your account.

I don’t know my birth time

Use the free practical reflection. Personal calculations require a recorded time. We do not invent a time or calculate houses, rising signs, or compatibility scores.

What does $19 include?

One personal Moon, Venus, and Mars reading, a combined reflection, and a seven-day practice path selected for your challenge and placements. The base price is $19 USD plus applicable tax. It is a one-time purchase, with no renewal. Whop shows any buyer fees and your final total before you pay. Read the purchase and refund information.

Why is my checkout total more than $19?

The $19 USD base price excludes applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax. Whop calculates any tax using your billing details and shows the tax, any buyer fees, and the final total before you pay. If 20% tax applies, for example, the total is $22.80 USD before any buyer fees. Your actual tax rate and total may differ. Find the payment breakdown in your Whop receipt or order details. Can I get a refund?

Moonpath offers no discretionary refunds for a change of mind, unused content, or an interpretation that does not resonate. Try the free preview before purchasing.
